"I already have auto insurance through Greyson Medford - State Farm at a very good rate and recently, I've been in this process of buying a house. It has been quite exhausting. The lenders need so much information. However, getting my home insurance quote with State Farm was made so simple for me. Mechelle had a quote ready and emailed to me almost immediately. Also, the quote was very reasonable and more affordable than any of the other insurances I checked out. And once I had a closing date, she did the rest of the work with my lender. I recommend this State Farm agent to anyone needing home and/or auto insurance. They're GREAT!! I'll definitely be working with them on life insurance next!!!!"

"I had a terrible experience with this car insurance place. They quoted me an outrageous price all because they had my information completely wrong. When I tried to raise my concerns, Tatum — who isn’t even the manager — had the absolute worst attitude on earth. Instead of helping or correcting the issue, she talked to me like I was the problem. When I asked to speak to a manager, she hung up in my face. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually respects their customers."
